Basic system for proceedings monitoring
The system performs the automated monitoring of the partners specified by the user from the aspect of falling under proceedings aiming at the dissolution of the company. The system sends a structured e-mail about the proceedings of the companies concerned, but the partners falling under the proceedings can also be checked at any time through the online interface.
The following modules can be added to the service:
Company Monitoring Extra module
The service monitors changes to the trade registration published in the Company Bulletin based on the list of partners provided by the customer, as well as changes to general data of other organizations. Changes are communicated to the user in the form of an automatically generated e-mail, which provides a structured view of the changes to company and other basic information.
Debtor module
The service monitors the user’s partners from the aspect of positive/negative information events.

- 8 positive aspects (e.g. trusted taxpayer, a taxpayer with no overdue public debts)
- 26 negative aspects (e.g. executions, NAV lists, NFH condemning decisions),
and sends a notification for the user about the events in relation to the user’s partners.
Risk rating change monitoring module
The Opten Risk Rating Model is an advanced predictive data mining model based on hundreds of factors which categorizes companies in terms of reliability. The APAFI Risk Rating Monitoring Module notifies users if the rating of the companies indicated in the partner list changes. Risk ratings can also be viewed through the Opten online interface.
Commercial credit line change monitoring module
The Opten Commercial Credit Line model is a model developed for the domestic business environment with the Opten business logic, which has been used in many areas of the domestic economy for over 10 years. The amount proposed here quantifies the permissible commitment of the company under investigation, even without any security, taking into consideration the financial indicators of the company and the financing characteristics in the sector. The APAFI Commercial Credit Line Change Module notifies the user of proposed changes to the commercial credit line affecting the partner list.
EU tender and procurement winners monitoring module
The module can be used to monitor what EU tenders and public procurement contracts are awarded to selected partners/competitors. This type of information can have a profound impact on the way businesses operate, so it is a good idea for collaborating partners to pay attention to it and prepare for the event-driven business processes.
Installed APAFI
We recommend that you should install APAFI on your computer if the online partner upload is not supported due to the business policy reasons of your company. In this case, our service will be installed locally, with one-way data traffic, in which Opten only sends data update files.
