Up-to-date legal regulation

The CORPUS JURIS contains the legal regulations and other information published in the Official Hungarian Gazette and 32 sectoral gazettes within a flexible search and query system. Effective legal regulations and their amendments are presented in consolidated versions in a clear structure and can also be displayed in several versions according to the date of the respective amendments.

In addition to the legal regulations, the database contains the decrees and harmonised decisions published in the official publication of the Supreme Court, the orders, directions, directives, instructions, opinions, justifications of legal regulations and bills as well as notifications, announcements, document templates and other pieces of information essential with regard to enterprises’ operations.

The useful functions of the collections of legal regulations:

• Comparability of any two version date of a legal regulation
• Legal texts can be exported to word processing software without limitations on quantity
• Database of gazettes
• Keyword search
• The version date can be set separately for a given legal regulation and the legal regulations related to it.
• Repealed legal regulations are marked differently in the list.
