Although I write my account name and password in the Opten Online system, it doesn’t let me enter.

With the account name and password attention must be paid for small and capital letters, and it is a general source of mistake that CapsLock is on and in this case all letters written are capital letters.

I can’t find my password. What can I do?

How is the Business Navigator being updated?

The Business Navigator is updated daily as the Corpus Juris.

Since when is my contract valid? From the order or from the equalization of the bill?

The contract is valid when the signed order form is sent back to us. The services of Opten Ltd. can only be resorted when the bill is paid.

What is the reason for the General contract terms and conditions appears before installation?

In case of online users of Corpus Juris and Company Database at the first logging on the General contract terms and conditions appears because of administrative reasons. At Corpus Juris/Company Database DVD users the General contract terms and conditions appears after the removal and the re-installation of the system because of technical reasons.

Is it possible in Corpus Juris/EU Corpus Juris to print the regulations with the footnote on every page?

Yes. In case of legal information service on DVD it is possible with the printing icon. Online user can print with PDF or RTF icon after converting the law.

In case of Corpus Juris/EU Corpus Juris can the regulations be printed together with the table of content?

Yes, in the online version by pushing the PDF icon, then print.

In Corpus Juris/EU Corpus Juris can independent parts be marked out?

Yes, at the online version, after marking out the required text with the help of the mouse, the system supplies the marked text with light blue background. The further wanted texts can be marked out also the way like this, then with the help of the RTF or PDF icon the appointed text can be converted to PDF format or to WYSIWYG word processor (pl. Word, OpenOffice).

Is there a paragraph barrier in Corpus Juris/EU Corpus Juris at the exportation of the regulations to WYSIWYG word processor (f.e: Word, OpenOffice)?

There isn’t.

While editing, the system marks out the text and tone it with blue. This toning is brought to the Word and it is difficult to eliminate. How can this be eliminated?

You have to push the RTF icon which is on the icon line and then the marked out text will appear in the WYSIWYG word processor (pl. Word, OpenOffice) in RTF format, without the blue background.

Which is the simplest way of the installation of the Corpus Juris DVD?

During the installation of the Corpus Juris/ EU Corpus Juris at the inlay of the new DVD the system for installation starts automatically. If there was an earlier DVD installed to the computer, the installation will start automatically based on the version number. In case of problems with the installation of the network DVD our developers can help.

How can the daily updates been downloaded with the given account name and password?

After the type in of account name and password the OK button have to be pushed, and then the system automatically updates the list of the DVD.

The text of the opened law cannot be rolled. How can this problem be avoided?

After the full download of the legal regulation (at the lower right corner the system wrights “"Kész"), the rolling works.

I consider the document templates and the copies are deficient. Where can I find the tax announcement contracts, the deed of associations and the property register applications etc…?

The tested DEMO DVD is not updated, that’s why the requested data is not found on that DVD. The actual Corpus Juris DVD includes the requested document templates. The deed of associations (with the contract samples found in the Company Legislation) is inside the document templates, under the corporate law entry-word. The Property register applications are among the copies, under the Property register, the copies about taxation are under the Taxation entry-word.

How can be the search for words simpler?

In case of word search, especially at composite search, it is worthy to combine the search with issuer or type, or rather with field of law to get a closer result.

Does the legal database contain Civil College stances?

The database of the Corpus Juris/EU Corpus Juris contains the Civil College stances which were published after 1992.

Where can be the Court Orders found in the Corpus Juris?

The Court Orders can be brought forward from the Types (Complex search, Jump to Hungarian legal regulation), where they are under "Court decisions". They can be found among the Gazette under the name “Court decisions”.

How often the online is updated?

The online Corpus Juris/EU Corpus Juris is updated every day.

Where can I find the collection of document templates?

The collections of document templates in case of Corpus Juris/EU Corpus Juris DVD are available under the search menu, or from separate icon, which is in the upper icon line. In case of online Corus Juris/EU Corpus Juris, the “form-filling” menu is found entering the Main page under the “Others” entry word, where an msi file can be downloaded. After the download, clicking to this file an installation-system will start, which installs the form filling system to the “C” drive, and it places a form-filling icon on the table where the system can be started.

The picture of the prints doesn’t come up after I click to the loading button.

In this case you have to do the following: under control panel/view/settings/special/general entry words the DPI settings must be switched to normal - 96 DPI, (this problem comes up when the setting is on 120 DPI, it is too big).

How can I print the list of legal texts located in a particular gazette?

After the visualization of the list of the gazette, the list can be converted to PDF format with the help of the icon located at the right upper side of the screen and then it can be printed. If the list is on more pages, every page must be converted to separate PDF document.

In case of online Corpus Juris/EU Corpus Juris, how can the collection of document template/ form-filling programme are updated?

For the freshening, at the beginning the installed form-filling programme has to be eliminated, then the downloaded msi file has to be opened again and the full installation has to be chosen.

Does the Corpus Juris include justification of legal regulations or are they appear as related materials?

The justification of legal regulations are found among the types and among the gazettes and divided by parliamentary periods. They appear as related materials at those legal texts where there is a reference to the justification.

Company Database

In case of a multi-user company information system, if every user is logged in and somebody wants to enter, what will the system do?

The system exits the longest inactive user.

Why don’t appear the NACE codes as company data in the online copy of the register?

The copy of the register contains the operative activities. The mentioned case is possible when the company doesn’t have an operative main activity or field of activity.

How can companies be uploaded to the receivable management system? Does the system register individuals?

The receivable data is updated by the Opten’s customer service based on the official declaration of the creditor. We don’t handle the receivables of individuals, because it is conflicting with the low.

Why doesn’t the Company Database contain private entrepreneurs?

Every Company Database user can see and select the private entrepreneurs registered by APEH from the company information system. These data are visualised with name and tax number in a list.

How often is the online company information updated?

The windup data is updated daily, the company data is updated weekly, at latest three workdays after the Thursday publication of the Company Gazette.

It would be good to see all the deleted data.

The company history shows the operative and non-operative data also.

Could I give out company data to my customers?

The information from the Company Database naturally can be shared with third party in order to inform them, but regular or businesslike forwarding means the violation of contract.

Why does the system show companies in case of city search which seat is different in the company list?

The system makes searches generally also in the non operative data. The previous seats of the company are in the company history. On the search table of the Company Database it is adjustable that the system makes searches just in the operative data.

The subheadings of the Company History are not graded in numbers. Why?

The data are usually visualized by subheading rankings, which can be switched to ABC order with one button.

In case of a company’s affiliate, why is it possible, that the system shows companies to a person whose Contact Network doesn’t include the wanted person?

The system makes searches generally also in the non operative data, the Contact Network shows the ended relations two years retroactively as a general setting. At the settings this interval can be changed optionally, and in the company history the wanted person’s previous relationship to the company can be checked.
