EU CORPUS JURIS – collection of Hungarian and EU legal regulations (Online/DVD)

Since Hungary joined the European Union, Hungarian enterprises must meet increased market challenges in a changed environment. An indispensable instrument for doing so is the EU CORPUS JURIS that is updated daily and integrates effective Hungarian legislation and the EU legislation published in Hungarian in the Official Journal of the European Union.

In addition to primary legislation (founding treaties, accession treaties and association treaties) and secondary legislation (regulations, directives and decisions), the information package contains recommendations, opinions and other legislation (international treaties, agreements between the member states, judgements and case law). Further to the above, the judgements of the Court of Justice of the European Communities and the Court of First Instance as well a number of other complementary documents can be found in the system.

The useful functions of the collections of legal regulations

• Comparability of any two version date of a legal regulation
• Legal texts can be exported to word processing software without limitations on quantity
• Database of gazettes
• Keyword search
• The version date can be set separately for a given legal regulation and the legal regulations related to it.
• Repealed legal regulations are marked differently in the list.
