COMPANY DATABASE with financial and staff data as well as information on private entrepreneurs (Online/DVD)

Our system contains all public information on all enterprises registered in Hungary, including the data of cancelled enterprises, irrespective of whether their cancellation was published in the Company Gazette. Thus, we also provide information on procedures and executions as well as company announcements.

The service enables queries for a given enterprise’s certificate of incorporation (current state) or the copy of its company records containing all effective and cancelled entries.

Data going beyond the contents of the company register:

• In addition to company data, the data of the 12 most important balance sheets and financial statements of the last three years are available for more than 300,000 enterprises.
• In addition to registered company data, the latest staff data are available.
• The list of companies is completed with the blist of private entrepreneurs containing basic data.

Arranging company lists by different criteria is enabled by a flexible search engine. Lists compiled according to the respective criteria can be exported.

Sources of the data provided: Company Gazette, the online system of the KIM (Ministry of Justice and Law Enforcement), APEH (Tax and Financial Control Authority), KIM. The data in our online system are updated daily.

Opten – Contacts Network module (see here):

• List of enterprises related to a particular private person.
• All relations of all owners and managers of a particular enterprise (including private persons) with other enterprises are displayed by company and marked with different colours by risk levels.

The module shows the business holdings, the history and the debts, if any, of enterprises related to the owners and managers (enterprises, private persons) of a given enterprise in a clearly structured diagram.
