SERVICES - APAFI (Automatic Partner Monitoring System)

APAFI (Automatic Partner Monitoring System) (Online/Installed)

The system carries out automatic weekly monitoring of the partners named by the user, registering any change in their registered data based on their tax number or company registration number and notifies our clients by E mail. In case of a one-by-one query, all procedure data of the respective enterprise are displayed.

The APAFI system can be complemented by the following modules:

  • Company Monitor Extra module
    The service is identical with the Company Monitor module, except that data changes as such are included in the E mail.
  • Debtor module
    The service monitors the user’s partners according to the following criteria:
    • Execution procedure
    • Entry in the two kinds of APEH list
    • Entered as a new debtor into Opten’s Single Receivables Management System
    • Debt from Széchenyi Card loan
    • Employer that has violated labour laws.
  • Announcement module
    The user can view the announcements and publications published in the Company Gazette regarding the partners he named.
